Peter has assisted in advising on a number of major leisure investment acquisitions providing detailed advice throughout. This advice has included providing input on rental values, lease structures, occupational trends and asset management potential.
Acting for The Crown Estate, Peter advised on the purchase of The Gate, Newcastle in 2012 and he remains involved in an asset management role and has acted on all rent reviews since purchase. Peter also advised The Crown Estate on the acquisition of the MK1 Leisure Park.
In 2015, Peter advised on a number of leisure property investment acquisitions including Crewe Leisure Park, Coventry Skydome, two cinema anchored leisure schemes at South Ruislip and Loughborough (for Standard Life) and the acquisition of a 50% share in the O2 by Crosstree. Advice was also provided on the acquisition of the Bridgend Designer Outlet Centre. In each case, Peter worked alongside leading investment agents.
