Peter Gwilliam FRICS
I have over 30 years’ experience in advising on leisure property and have dealt exclusively in this sector for over 20 years. I focus my expertise on the golf, bingo, casino, cinema, health club, late night venues and ten pin sectors; however I have experience in other specialist areas including pub/restaurants, sports grounds and theatres.
Whilst a considerable part of my time is spent on professional matters – covering landlord and tenant issues (rent reviews, lease renewals, variations) for both landlord and tenant, valuations and rating – I am involved in acquisition and disposal, investment and development consultancy. An increasing area of activity is in providing advice on investment acquisitions in the leisure sector. I also have experience as an Expert Witness in a number of areas.
From my Godalming base, 15 minutes off the M25 and equidistant between Heathrow and Gatwick, I service instructions across the UK.
I can work alongside larger firms of surveyors, providing specialist leisure property expertise in many areas of their work.
